JUDGING: 1-10 facial beauty 1-10 overall impression different judges every contest. We will award the grand babydoll 1/2 of the money collected. We will award a mini supremes. They will recieve 5pics into the next contest for FREE. We will have tops winners that will receive 1/2 off into the next contest.
